1. About us

crincle.com is operated by Crincle, Clifton, Karachi 75600, Pakistan. By using the site or buying from us you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.

2. Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly between screens and sizes are approximate. Character, franchise and brand names describe the theme or style of a product. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, products are not official licensed merchandise and are not endorsed by the rights holders.

3. Age suitability

Recommended ages are shown on each product. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and availability

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (text, layout, edited photography and the Crincle name) belongs to Crincle and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the courts of Karachi.
