Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 10–20 business days within Pakistan and 12–25 business days internationally.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your items and destination, before you pay.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Why might my items arrive separately?
Some products ship from different partner warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel.

Do international orders pay customs?
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These aren't included in our prices.

Products

Are these official licensed products?
Character and franchise names describe the theme or style of a product. Unless a listing says otherwise, items are not official licensed merchandise.

What ages are your toys for?
Each product lists a recommended age. Items with small parts are not suitable for children under 3.

Do the photos show the real product?
Yes. Our photos show the actual item, and every option is named for what you'll receive.

Returns & refunds

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund any time before it's dispatched.

Can I return something I've changed my mind about?
Because items ship from overseas partner warehouses, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Ask us before you buy if you're unsure.
